Here is a shot of the blister made of 0 6061. It was formed on a
tool made of particle board, and hand formed with a mallet. The blister is needed in the firewall to allow clearance for the engine bolts.
Here is the blister shown above the motor mount.
It will be placed in a cutout in the fire wall where the clearance is needed for the engine bolt.
